Breakdown of Costs

The California State University system has pledged $58 Million to build the new Liberal and Creative Arts Building. San Francisco State University has budgeted $3 Million towards the project. The University is currently raising $20 Million from alumni, parents, friends, and business partners to complete the $81 Million budget.

The teaching, research, and production complex, designed by award-winning architect Mark Cavagnero, will be a LEED Gold- certified four story structure encompassing 75,000 square feet.
