Holly Fincke

Holly Fincke joined SF State in the fall of 2022 after five years at Cal State East Bay where she served as the Director of Development for the College of Science and the College of Education and Allied Studies. She was a key member of the team that achieved four of the five top fundraising years in CSUEB's history and completed the campaign for the first privately funded building in the campus’ history, dedicated to the sciences.

She previously served as the Associate Director of Annual Giving at the University of California Berkeley's School of Law. Before her transition to higher education, she was a consultant to a variety of community-based organizations and served as development director within organizations focused on affordable housing, immigrant rights and women’s issues. Holly received her bachelor’s degree in sociology/anthropology and women's studies from Oberlin College.
