Alex Sánchez

Alex joined San Francisco State’s development team in 2007. He previously served as Director of Development for the Graduate College of Education and the College of Business. Prior to SF State, Alex was the Development Coordinator for the San Diego Human Dignity Foundation and a Program Assistant for the California Policy Research Center in the University of California Office of the President. Alex also serves as a co-chair for SF State’s Raza Faculty and Staff Association and is a founding member of the Latino Community Foundation’s Latinx LGBTQ Giving Circle. Alex grew up in San Diego, CA, and received a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, Berkeley.
